Our state-of-the-art service CheckInShop.eu utilizes the bluetooth technology to connect the "Smartphone" of your customers who visit your "physical" shop with "Beacon" sensors to provide them advanced services that can be found only in an eShop (i.e., Bridges Offline/Online Customer's Experience). By utilizing the service of contactless payments you can send an electronic payment request to the smartphone of your customer via the CheckInShop.gr webpage. Moreover, you can accept electronic payments by the smartphones of your customers and enable them to purchase with a single touch in their CheckInShop app. The customer can pay from any spot inside the store, without being obliged to approach the cashier for purchasing a good. Thus, you can reduce the waiting time of your customers in front of the cashier.
You can send "push notifications" to customers who are close to your shop and convince them to enter it. As the customer walks through the corridors/selves of your shop, he can watch with his smartphone the detailed characteristics and the discount offers of your products only for those that belong to the corridor/self he stands on (i.e., "Proximity Marketing"). Moreover, a customer can see in a more systematic way the products discount per corridor/self, without being obliged to remember every discount offer for all products of the shop.
You can easily create an eShop to be accessed from smartphones. The customer can add products in his cart and purchase them by using the CheckInShop app (self-service & self-pay). Morerover, our product recommendation services can help businesses to increase their sales through cross-selling. The sales from recommended products in eShops (e.g., Amazon, Netflix, etc.) are at least the 1/3 of the total revenues. As a customer walks around your shop's corridors/selves, we can recommend to him similar products to those he is interested in. With our App, we record the amount of time that a customer spends in a shop section or watches the detail characteristics of a product. Based on the customer's contextual (i.e., his micro-location inside the shop, the time of his visit, his in-store activity etc.) information, we can recommend him similar products to those he is looking at. Otherwise, without our App, the customer would have probably missed to check these recommended products in just a short visit in your shop.
Moreover, by tracking all in-store activity, you can get important information (i.e., busiest section, busiest hours, popular products, shopping purchasing patterns, etc.) to allocate your staff and resources (i.e., Business and Behavioural Analytics). Behavioral Analytics identify new patterns in the cognitive process to predict individual/group behavior. By mining the customer's purchasing patterns and his in-shop activity, we can predict what products to recommend him.
Reward with points, discount coupons and gifts your customers that support you with their trust. (e.g. by often visiting your shop for purchases, by advertising your shop in social media, etc.) The customer rewards programs are not only a privilege of the banks and big Super Markets, but now you have an easy electronic way to reward the loyalty of your customer. The whole management of points and discount coupons is made electronically on the smartphone of your customer, without the need to give him paper-based discount coupons.
